HOWEVER PLEASE NOTE

Rule 20 of the Bromley and District Table Tennis Association states:

The captain of the home team must notify the appropriate Divisional Secretary

of the result of the match,  giving the names of players and results on the official

score card, which must be signed by both captains. The score card must be

delivered  within 4 days of the match (excluding Sundays and Bank Holidays)

unless the score card clearly shows a postmark within 48 hours of the match

(excluding Sundays and Bank Holidays).  The captain of the home team must

report  in writing to the appropriate Divisional Secretary the failure to play

any match in accordance with the fixture list unless a prior notification of

rearrangement has been given in  accordance with the Rules and Regulations

of the Association and such report  must be delivered within the time allowed

for delivering score cards. A fine of £1 for each  offence shall be imposed on

any club defaulting under this rule.
